Exact arrival times will be included in the e-mail that you receive. We are no longer mailing tickets. Please check your "Spam" folder. WHEN DOES THE SHOW START?
Shows on Thursday and Friday begin at 10:00AM. You are subject to forfeit your reservation if you fail to arrive by your designated check-in time. Plan your travel arrangements accordingly. You must check-in prior to show time for security, seating and production warm-up.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
All audience members must be at least 18 years old. Everyone in your party must present a valid government identification card with proof of age. Your ID must have a photo, your name, and birth date. Acceptable forms of identification include: State issued driver's license, State ID, Military ID, or Passport. Facebook and other social networking sites cannot be used as a valid form of ID. Faxing a picture of your ID is also not permitted.
WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE STUDIO?
Video cameras, large bags, backpacks, sharp metal objects, firearms, wallet chains, mace, or any other bottles that contain fluid are not allowed at the studio. No recording devices of any kind are permitted. Pictures may only be taken BEFORE AND/OR AFTER the show.
HOW DO I GET TO THE STUDIO?
From I-95 Northbound – Take Exit 8, turn left off ramp onto Atlantic St. From I-95 Southbound – Take Exit 7, go to second light and turn right onto Atlantic St.
From Merritt Parkway Southbound – Take Exit 34, turn onto High Ridge Road/Route 137 South, go approximately 4 miles, High Ridge Road becomes Summer Street (one-way), make left on Broad Street, turn right onto Atlantic St. The studio is located on corner of Atlantic Street and Tresser Boulevard.
From Merritt Parkway Northbound – Take Exit 34, turn right onto Long Ridge Road/Route 104 South, go approximately 4 miles, Long Ridge Road becomes Summer Street (one-way), make left on Broad Street, turn right onto Atlantic St. The studio is located on corner of Atlantic Street and Tresser Boulevard.
From NYC – Take the Metro North (New Haven Line) from Grand Central Terminal to Stamford, CT. The studio is located two blocks from the Metro North station on the corner of Atlantic Street and Tresser Boulevard. There is a large marquee on the outside of the building.

Is there parking near the studio?
Parking is located at the Rich Forum Theater on Tresser Boulevard. Cash and credit cards are accepted for parking fees. Parking costs $1.00 per hour or $10.00 for the entire day. We suggest paying for the entire day.

HOW DOES THE SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION WORK?
Bus shuttle transportation from New York City to Stamford, CT is FREE and ROUNDTRIP.
- The meeting location is on the corner of 125th Street and Madison Avenue (1945 Madison Avenue)
- It is conveniently located one block from the Metro North Station.
- Your arrival time for Thursday and Friday is between 7:30AM and 8:30AM.
- Bus seating is limited. However, when you receive your wristband to sit on the bus you WILL be seeing the show.
- Expect to be back in New York City at approximately 2:00PM on Thursdays and Fridays.
I HAVE A SHOW TICKET, BUT WOULD LIKE TO SWITCH TO A SHOW/BUS TICKET? HOW CAN I DO THAT?

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE TAPING?
Dress your best; you're going to be on TV! We expect everyone to dress appropriately in business casual attire. Solid jewel toned colors (blues, reds, greens, etc.) look best on camera.
ARE THERE THINGS I SHOULDN'T WEAR?
The dress code is strictly enforced. Please do not wear t-shirts, jerseys, sweatshirts, sweatpants, sports attire, tank tops, all white outfits, costumes, sunglasses, hats, du-rags or any other clothing that would be inappropriate for a studio audience. DO NOT WEAR ANYTHING WITH A LOGO, DECAL, or BRAND NAME on it. If your clothing is deemed inappropriate, you may be asked to turn it inside out. Coats/jackets must be removed before taping begins. We have the right to deny anyone who does not follow these guidelines.
WILL I BE GOING THROUGH A METAL DETECTOR?
Yes. For your safety, all audience members will be screened by security and will go through a metal detector. Please notify our staff of any medical conditions.
INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES
We are committed to making The Maury Show equally accessible to persons with disabilities. If you or anyone in your party requires accommodation because of accessibility to attend the show, please let us know when you call to book your tickets or before the show date. We provide accessible seating (including companion seating) and other accommodations at all tapings to persons with disabilities however, the availability of accessible seating cannot be assured if the number of audience members requiring accessible seating on any given taping day exceeds the allotted number of seats. Reservations for accessible seating will be held until the scheduled arrival time. Any remaining, unreserved accessible seating will be available only on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests with service animals should call 877-747-8383 before the taping date to ensure sufficient space for the service animal.
IF I CANNOT ATTEND, CAN I GIVE THE TICKETS TO A FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER?
Yes, tickets are TRANSFERABLE. Please contact the employee who sent you the tickets by email to change the ticket holder's name.
HOW DO I BRING A GROUP?
Bus transportation is available for groups of 20 or more. We only offer this service to colleges/universities, high schools, vocational schools or corporate groups. Please email email@example.com 6-8 weeks in advance to schedule your group’s attendance to the show.
ARE THERE TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR CHARITY/AUCTIONS?
